For Domestic Customers Within The US:
A $15.00 shipping charge is automatically added to confirm a domestic order, which is applied to the actual shipping cost. If the actual postage for your order is less than $15.00, a refund will be issued. If additional postage is due, an invoice and an email will be sent specifying the shipping balance due. We charge the actual shipping cost plus a very reasonable handling fee for each order, to cover the cost of professional packing supplies to ensure your order arrives safe and quick.
NOTE: If you are sending a check or money order and select the "check" payment option, please wait for an email with the accurate shipping cost. All personal and business checks are subject to being held for 7 business days before the order ships.

Domestic orders ship via UPS or USPS. For orders above 13 ounces, the most affordable shipping method will be selected for you (USPS Priority or UPS ground). If the order is 13 ounces or less, it can ship USPS First Class. You will receive an email with the options and details if USPS First Class is available for your order. If you need the order expedited (UPS next day air or USPS Express) please email in advance for the options and details.
UPS is generally the best shipping method for ramps, displays, boards and electronic items. Please be advised that UPS ground can take 5-6 business days to arrive if you are on the West Coast.
All orders $25.00 or more must ship insured, no exceptions. All orders under $25.00 will ship without insurance by default. Insurance can be added upon request.
For International Customers Outside The US:
A $35.00 shipping charge is automatically added to confirm an International order, which is applied to the actual shipping cost. This charge will generally cover an order up to 1 pound to all countries. You will receive an email after your order is placed with the shipping options and details for your order. ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MUST CONFIRM THE SHIPPING METHOD DESIRED BEFORE YOUR ORDER CAN SHIP.

International orders must ship via USPS EMS Express or USPS Priority International mail, which both provide tracking. There is also a Priority International small flat rate box available, which is great for small items up to 4 pounds. We do NOT ship International orders via UPS.

All customs and duty taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All orders ship with insurance and the actual value; no exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE: International orders take longer to process and ship than domestic orders. Complicated orders can take a week or longer to process due to the customs forms and logistics.
Returns and Refund policy:
Electronic items including all types of boards and displays have a manufacturer’s warranty. If there is a problem, the item needs to be shipped back either to us or the manufacturer and a replacement will be sent or store credit will be issued. Please email customer service and you will be issued an RMA #. There are no cash refunds for electronic items. Postage to and from will usually be covered by the manufacturer or us. Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA #.
If you are not satisfied with an item which is not electronic, it can be sent back within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, or store credit. Please email customer service and you will be issued an RMA #. Postage back to us will be determined based on the situation. Satisfaction is guaranteed on all items that we sell. Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA #.
If there is a problem with your order such as a shortage or an incorrect item was sent, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Once an order is placed and/or confirmed, if for any reason an item has to be changed or canceled, it is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
