Shipping and Returns

We ship with UPS and USPS. If you have a preferred shipping method or need the items next day (USPS Express or UPS next day air), please advise in the notes with your order. If no notes are added, the most affordable shipping rate will be selected for you (USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS ground). Certain fragile items such as displays must ship insured, no exceptions. All items shipping USPS will ship without insurance by default. Insurance can be added to any order upon request.

For US customers:
Due to certain restrictions with size and weight of packages, a flat rate shipping charge of $15.00 will be added to all orders. If additional postage is due, you will be billed via Paypal and payment will be due before the order ships. If the postage is less than $15.00, a refund will be issued to your Paypal account. We charge the actual shipping cost plus a very reasonable handling fee for each order, to cover the cost of professional packing supplies to ensure your order arrives safe and quick.

For customers outside the US:
Parts must ship either USPS EMS Express with tracking or USPS Priority International mail with tracking. We can ship items under 4 lbs Airmail at your risk, but please email for the specific details and terms. A flat rate shipping charge of $35.00 will be added to all orders. If additional postage is due, you will be billed via Paypal and payment will be due before the order ships. If the postage is less than $35.00, a refund will be issued to your Paypal account. We charge the actual shipping cost plus a very reasonable handling fee for each item, to cover the cost of professional packing supplies to ensure your order arrives safe and quick.
